The four pillars
Every engagement starts from the same place: the decision makers who buy from companies like yours. We activate the pillars that fit your market, deal size, and sales cycle. You never pay for a channel that does not move pipeline.
Dedicated sending infrastructure, signal-led sequencing, and manual qualification. Every meeting is reviewed by a human before it hits your calendar.
Google Ads and GEO + AEO optimisation. We win the search surfaces your buyer uses today and the LLM citations they will use tomorrow.
Consulting that rewrites ICP and stage gates. AI automations for the work your team copy-pastes. CRM setup your sales leader actually forecasts from.
A LinkedIn presence buyers find believable. Account building, founder-led branding, and editorial ghostwriting that turn followers into buyer DMs.
How a Growleads engagement runs
Whichever pillars we activate for you, the engagement loop is the same. Each stage produces an artefact your team can audit, own, and rerun in-house if you ever decide to.
We define the accounts that buy, the decision makers who decide, and the trigger signals that say “now”. You get a named-account list with reasons attached, shared across every pillar we activate.
Sending domains, LinkedIn senders, paid-media accounts, CRM schema, content tracking, automation workflows. Every pillar logs into one buyer view. Your main domain stays clean.
Cold email, LinkedIn, paid media, AI search, and LinkedIn authority all reference the same signal: a hire, a funding round, a stack change. One cadence, written in your voice, not a template library.
A human reads every reply, every form fill, every demo request. Only decision makers with stated intent and a real timeline get forwarded to your team.
Closed-lost feeds the nurture loop. Closed-won sharpens the buyer map. Every engagement leaves your demand engine sharper than the last one.

View all case studiesAauti · India and US
Aauti needed a repeatable instructor-onboarding motion. We ran coordinated email and LinkedIn cadences against the same ICP, with sender splits protecting deliverability and a manual qualification pass before any meeting hit the calendar.
Jindal Lifestyle · US, Europe, Mexico
Jindal Lifestyle wanted to open an OEM vertical separate from its retail business. We ran 8 campaigns across three geographies and three named trade shows (Ambiente, NRAS, NAEFM), with industry-specific positioning per region and LinkedIn outbound running in parallel.
UK student housing brand · enterprise client (anonymised)
An enterprise UK student-housing brand watched rising CPCs erode its primary acquisition channel. We rebuilt the Google Ads programme around tight match-type discipline on high-intent housing queries, a landing-page refresh that matched ad copy to the application form, and weekly bid review against actual booking data.
ImpactCraftAI · India, US, UAE
ImpactCraftAI launched with no installed base, no inbound leads, and no warm network. We ran 17 campaigns across India, US, UAE, Massachusetts, and California with per-geography copy splits. The California campaign alone hit a 12.1% reply rate on 2,925 sent.
Fox India Voyages · India
Fox India Voyages sells MICE and corporate event logistics. The buyer pool is narrow but high-intent. We ran a LinkedIn-led outbound system that opened every message with the planner’s calendar problem, not Fox’s service catalogue.
STITCH · Apparel manufacturing
STITCH sells a garment MES to apparel factories. Most agency programmes were burning the budget on broad-match irrelevant traffic. We rebuilt around tight exact-match keywords on “garment MES” and “production tracking software”, and rewrote the landing page with manufacturer-specific proof blocks and a three-field form.
FullDome.pro · Global
FullDome.pro sells immersive dome installations to museums, planetariums, theme parks, and immersive venues. The challenge was precision, not scale. We ran a tight email and LinkedIn programme against a manually curated decision-maker list, with sub-vertical copy splits per venue type.
ZappLoans · India
ZappLoans needed digital loan application volume at unit economics that worked. We ran salaried-professional targeting on instant-loan keywords, with continuous spend optimisation week-on-week against actual borrower disbursement data.
Bana · Global
Bana sells designer and fashion-brand fabric sourcing. We ran high-intent keyword precision against the searches designers and merchandisers actually use, with proof-led creatives that spoke to fabric quality and consistency, not to generic supplier positioning.

Why Growleads
We are accountable for one thing: qualified meetings with decision-makers who have real budget and authority. Not open rates. Not sequences sent. Not monthly reports that show everything except pipeline.
GEO and AEO, getting your brand cited inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini, is live for Growleads clients today. Most demand generation agencies are still running the 2021 playbook. The first-mover window is roughly 18 months wide.
Outbound, inbound, and LinkedIn authority all draw from the same buyer model. Your buyer experiences a consistent, credible brand across every channel. Your pipeline compounds instead of plateauing. One partner, one weekly call.
ICP models, signal libraries, channel playbooks, messaging frameworks, AI automation infrastructure. All of it is yours. The system compounds. Campaigns stop the moment the retainer does. The intelligence we build does not.
If outbound is not right for your market, we say so in the first call. If your ICP is too broad to run with precision, we push back before a dollar is spent. This has cost us some projects. It has kept clients for years.
Testimonials
A 30-day system, not a guess. We understand your buyer first, then build, activate, and run every channel under one intelligence layer.
We study your buyer before touching a single tool: intent signals, channel behaviour, buying committee, decision timeline. The channel decision comes after the buyer is understood, never before.
A channel plan built for your ICP and your market, not a template with your logo on it. It names the channels, the rationale, the budget, and the expected outcomes. You approve it first.
Campaigns go live in 14 days. The intelligence is already built, so activation is fast without cutting corners. The first message knows who it is going to and why they respond.
Outbound, inbound, and LinkedIn authority running under one strategy and one intelligence layer. You attend the meetings. We run everything else.
Shared dashboards and weekly insights: meetings booked, pipeline created, conversion at each stage. Not emails opened. The numbers that connect to revenue.
Which pillar should we start with?
It depends on where your buyer is and where you have leverage. If your ICP is narrow and known by name (under 5,000 accounts), Outbound Intelligence ships meetings fastest, usually inside 30 days. If buyers are already searching, Inbound Intelligence (Google Ads, GEO, AEO) compounds faster. If your founder has credibility but no system, LinkedIn Authority Building moves first. If the systems are broken before any channel can run, GTM Intelligence comes first. We pressure-test all four on the strategy call and recommend a starting point that lines up with your timeline.
Can we run more than one pillar at the same time?
Yes, and most engagements run two or three together. Outbound + LinkedIn Authority is the most common pairing, because the authority content gives the cold outreach social proof when the buyer Googles you. Inbound + GTM is the second most common, because the AI search and paid traffic only convert at the rate your CRM and AEs are set up to handle. The intelligence layer underneath (buyer map, signals, ICP) is shared across pillars, so adding a second pillar is additive, not double the cost.
How long is a typical engagement?
Three months minimum, six to twelve months typical. The first 30 days is buyer mapping, ICP, infrastructure, and the first cohort of meetings. Months 2 to 6 is where the compounding shows up: signals get sharper, message-to-account match improves, and your CAC trends down. Most clients renew past the first contract because the demand engine is now sharper than the last quarter. Month-to-month or “let us try one campaign” engagements are not the right fit for what we do.
What counts as a “qualified meeting” in your reporting?
A meeting that meets all four: right account (matches your ICP), right person (has authority or strong influence), stated intent (a real problem to solve, not a “see what you do” call), and a calendared time that they show up to. We do not count “no-shows” or discovery calls that we know are tyre-kickers. The bar is what your AE would accept without complaining. The same definition applies whether the meeting came from outbound, paid, AI search, or LinkedIn authority.
What industries and geographies do you work with?
Eight industries: IT & SaaS, B2B SaaS, Manufacturing, BFSI / Finance, Real estate, Education, Logistics, and Cybersecurity. Five geographies: US, UK, Europe, Middle East, and India. Minimum deal size we work on is $5K ACV. Companies we partner with run between $1M and $500M ARR. If you sit outside this and still want to talk, bring it to the strategy call. We will tell you honestly whether the engagement makes sense for your stage.
Will the messaging sound like a template, or like us?
Like you. We interview your founder and 1 to 2 AEs in week 1 to capture cadence, vocabulary, and the way you actually describe the problem you solve. Every sequence, ad, landing page, and LinkedIn post is written from that voice, not from a template library. Every message references a real signal on the buyer’s side (a hire, a funding round, a stack change), so it cannot be sent to anyone else without rewriting. This applies across all four pillars.
What does pricing look like?
We price by pillar, by scope, and by the size of the buyer map. A single-pillar engagement typically lands between $5K and $15K per month. Multi-pillar engagements that share the same buyer intelligence layer are priced under the sum of the parts. We do not run pure performance pricing because the work compounds and the first quarter is always heavier than the steady-state quarters. We will give you an exact number on the strategy call once we have seen your ICP, your CRM, and the channels you have already tried.
Who owns the infrastructure when we end the engagement?
You do. Domains, sending accounts, ad accounts, HubSpot records, AI search content, LinkedIn assets, target lists, message libraries, automations, and the documented playbook all transfer to you. We give a 14-day handover with a recorded walkthrough so your team can run it in-house if you ever choose to. No vendor lock-in, no scraping our work, no holding intelligence hostage.
