Aauti: 120+ qualified instructor meetings via omnichannel outbound

120+ qualified meetings in 180 days at a 36.3% omnichannel reply rate.

Aauti runs a two-sided learning marketplace and needed a repeatable instructor-acquisition motion. We coordinated cold email and LinkedIn outbound against the same instructor ICP with a shared inbox so the buyer only experienced one consistent voice.

Overview

Who Aauti is and what they came to us with.

Aauti operates a two-sided marketplace connecting expert instructors with K-12 and EdTech learners across India and the US. Their growth team had product demand but needed instructor-side supply at quality and pace. We ran omnichannel outbound to L&D directors, VP Curriculum, and Heads of Programs at EdTech and K-12 institutions, with a deliberately small daily volume per sender so the network never felt automated.

The challenge

What was hard before we started.

  1. 01 Two-sided marketplace economics meant supply gaps were felt within weeks, not months. The team could not afford a 90-day cold start.
  2. 02 The instructor buyer was high-context. Generic outreach lost them inside two seconds.
  3. 03 Cold email and LinkedIn outbound running independently meant the same instructor sometimes got pinged twice on the same day, in conflicting voices.

Snapshot

What changed when we took over the account.

Before
  • Founders cold-pitching instructors out of personal networks
  • Channels unaware of each other, no shared inbox
  • No documented instructor-acquisition playbook
After
  • Two-channel coordinated motion with shared sender inbox
  • ICP tier-gated by program type and experience level
  • Documented runbook transferred to Aauti’s growth team

Our approach

Four moves that made the difference.

01

Instructor ICP tiering

Built a four-tier instructor map: program-leader, subject-domain expert, K-12 specialist, EdTech-platform veteran. Sourced via Apollo + LinkedIn job-title filters, scored manually before any outreach went out.

02

Founder-voice sequences in both channels

Email and LinkedIn drafted from the same 45-minute founder interview. Same problem framing, same tone, channel-appropriate length. Buyer never felt the channels were disconnected.

03

Shared-inbox cadence orchestration

HeyReach + Smartlead orchestrated through a shared inbox view. Reply on one channel pauses the other automatically. Pause logic written into the playbook.

04

Manual qualification by a Growleads SDR

Every interested reply qualified on a 15-minute discovery call. Match against the four ICP tiers before booking with Aauti’s growth team.

Results

What the engagement produced.

Over 180 days, the omnichannel motion produced 120+ qualified instructor meetings at a 36.3% blended reply rate. LinkedIn alone landed 64.2% reply on connection-accepted threads. The pace held steady week after week because the channels were coordinated, not stacked.
