Overview

Who FullDome.pro is and what they came to us with.

FullDome.pro sells full-dome immersive video systems to a global buyer pool of about 500 venue decision makers: planetarium directors, science centre programming leads, themed-experience venue operators. The buying decision is long, technical, and high-trust. Cold outbound to this pool needed to read as an industry-peer introduction, not a vendor pitch.

The challenge

What was hard before we started.

  1. 01 Total addressable market is under 500 named accounts globally. Every account is a relationship; spam-style cadence would burn the pool inside 90 days.
  2. 02 Venue decision makers are spread across 60+ countries with different procurement and approval norms.
  3. 03 Most full-dome vendor outreach is product-spec-heavy. The reader switches off in two sentences.

Snapshot

What changed when we took over the account.

Before
  • No outbound motion; growth from inbound + trade shows
  • Long sales cycles with no top-of-funnel system
  • Venue decision makers unaware of FullDome.pro’s roster
After
  • Hand-curated named-account LinkedIn motion
  • Industry-peer-tone opening per venue type
  • Conversion rate held above 50% on accepted connections

Engagement cadence

Four checkpoints from audit to scaled outcome.

01

Week 1

Audit + conversion infra wired

02

Week 2

Account rebuild + creative shipped

03

Week 3

Launch on 30% spend ramp

04

Month 3

Cost-per-meeting holds; full spend

Our approach

Four moves that made the difference.

01

Hand-curated named-account list

Every named account in the active pool researched individually: venue type, current system, recent programming. No firmographic-filter list; the list was built one name at a time.

02

Industry-peer tone in every opener

Connection requests referenced specific programming the venue had launched, or a piece of equipment the venue had publicly mentioned. No ‘we provide industry-leading’ copy.

03

Venue-type-specific positioning

Planetariums got an astronomical-content angle. Science centres got an exhibition-rotation angle. Themed-experience venues got a flexibility-of-content angle. Three different framings, one sender persona.

04

Hand-qualified replies, no SLA pressure

Replies handled at the pace of the buyer, not at outreach cadence. Conversations that needed two months got two months. Conversations ready in two weeks moved in two weeks.

Results

What the engagement produced.

Inside a global buyer pool of about 500 people, 120 days produced 80+ qualified conversations at a 60%+ connection acceptance and 50%+ reply rate on accepted threads. The single move that mattered was hand-curating the named-account list and refusing to broaden it. Volume was never the goal; conversion within a finite buyer pool was.
