Outbound Intelligence
Signal-based cold email and LinkedIn outreach targeting companies showing genuine buying intent right now. Qualified meetings on your calendar in 30 days.
For B2B founders and CROs who need a GTM partner before the next quarter starts, not a deck.
Growleads provides sales strategy consulting and go-to-market consulting: a senior partner who rebuilds your ICP, stage gates, and revenue motion in 6 weeks. We walk your data with you, interview closed-won and closed-lost, and rewrite the go-to-market your team will actually run. You stay in the seat. We rebuild the system underneath.

Where GTM consulting fits
Consulting is one of three sub-services inside GTM Intelligence. Most engagements bundle it with AI Automations or GTM Agents so the strategy actually compiles into running systems.
Consulting, AI Automations, and GTM Agents running as one revenue operating system. See how the three sub-services compound.
Lead enrichment, account scoring, meeting briefs, deal summaries, follow-up drafts. Built on Clay, Make, n8n, and the model that fits the task.
Account research, reply triage, signal monitoring, and pipeline hygiene, run by agents with their own tools, memory, and approval gates.
How we run a GTM consulting engagement
Every Consulting engagement runs this loop. Each stage produces an artefact your team can audit, own, and rerun without us in the room.
Weeks 1 to 3: 10 to 20 interviews with current customers, lost deals, and ideal-fit prospects. We do the interviews (with you observing 4 to 6 of them) so we capture the language buyers actually use, the buying triggers, the comparison alternatives. Recordings transcribed and tagged for theme analysis.
Week 3 to 4: two-tier ICP map grounded in the interview data. Tier 1 'must-have' (200 to 500 accounts active outreach starts with). Tier 2 'should-have' (1,500 to 5,000 accounts the system can reach at scale once Tier 1 is running). Validated against your historical close-rate data before lock-in.
Week 4 to 5: channels picked because of where the buyer actually is (per interviews), not because of category convention. Mix recommended with rationale, expected cost per qualified meeting per channel, and which existing tools you have can carry which channel. Sequenced for order-of-implementation.
Week 5 to 8: for each chosen channel, a documented operator playbook. Targeting rules, sequence templates, qualification framework, AE handoff protocol. Written for the operator who runs it, not the board. Drafts reviewed against the buyer interviews so language stays grounded.
Week 8 to 12: HubSpot configured to run the motion (pipeline stages, automation, scoring, dashboards). We stay on as advisor for 90 days post-launch so when the motion hits real-world friction we are still on call. Then handover.
The infrastructure underneath
No deck-only deliverables. Every artefact below is operator-grade: written for the team that will execute it, in your tools, transferred to your ownership.
10 to 20 interviews with current customers, lost deals, and ideal-fit prospects in weeks 1 to 3. Captures the language buyers actually use, the buying triggers, the comparison alternatives. Source of truth for everything downstream.
Two-tier ICP map: 'must-have' (the 200 to 500 accounts you should be in active outreach to right now) and 'should-have' (the 1,500 to 5,000 accounts the system can reach at scale). Refreshed quarterly.
Channels picked because of where the buyer is, not because the category does outbound. Specific channel mix recommended with rationale, expected cost per qualified meeting, and the existing tools you already have that can carry it.
Documented playbook for each chosen channel: targeting rules, sequence templates, qualification framework, handoff to your sales team. Written for the operator who will run it, not for a board deck.
AI sales agents configured to run the motion: pipeline stages, automation workflows, qualification scoring, reporting dashboards. The system the team can use the day the engagement ends.
Case studies
Named clients, named industries, and the actual forecast accuracy, hours saved, and pipeline hygiene gains from our consulting and automation work. No anonymised case studies.
View all case studiesAauti · India and US
Aauti needed a repeatable instructor-onboarding motion. We ran coordinated email and LinkedIn cadences against the same ICP, with sender splits protecting deliverability and a manual qualification pass before any meeting hit the calendar.
Jindal Lifestyle · US, Europe, Mexico
Jindal Lifestyle wanted to open an OEM vertical separate from its retail business. We ran 8 campaigns across three geographies and three named trade shows (Ambiente, NRAS, NAEFM), with industry-specific positioning per region and LinkedIn outbound running in parallel.
UK student housing brand · enterprise client (anonymised)
An enterprise UK student-housing brand watched rising CPCs erode its primary acquisition channel. We rebuilt the Google Ads programme around tight match-type discipline on high-intent housing queries, a landing-page refresh that matched ad copy to the application form, and weekly bid review against actual booking data.
ImpactCraftAI · India, US, UAE
ImpactCraftAI launched with no installed base, no inbound leads, and no warm network. We ran 17 campaigns across India, US, UAE, Massachusetts, and California with per-geography copy splits. The California campaign alone hit a 12.1% reply rate on 2,925 sent.
Fox India Voyages · India
Fox India Voyages sells MICE and corporate event logistics. The buyer pool is narrow but high-intent. We ran a LinkedIn-led outbound system that opened every message with the planner's calendar problem, not Fox's service catalogue.
STITCH · Apparel manufacturing
STITCH sells a garment MES to apparel factories. Most agency programmes were burning the budget on broad-match irrelevant traffic. We rebuilt around tight exact-match keywords on "garment MES" and "production tracking software", and rewrote the landing page with manufacturer-specific proof blocks and a three-field form.
FullDome.pro · Global
FullDome.pro sells immersive dome installations to museums, planetariums, theme parks, and immersive venues. The challenge was precision, not scale. We ran a tight email and LinkedIn programme against a manually curated decision-maker list, with sub-vertical copy splits per venue type.
ZappLoans · India
ZappLoans needed digital loan application volume at unit economics that worked. We ran salaried-professional targeting on instant-loan keywords, with continuous spend optimisation week-on-week against actual borrower disbursement data.
Bana · Global
Bana sells designer and fashion-brand fabric sourcing. We ran high-intent keyword precision against the searches designers and merchandisers actually use, with proof-led creatives that spoke to fabric quality and consistency, not to generic supplier positioning.

Why Growleads
We are accountable for one thing: qualified meetings with decision-makers who have real budget and authority. Not open rates. Not sequences sent. Not monthly reports that show everything except pipeline.
GEO and AEO, getting your brand cited inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini, is live for Growleads clients today. Most demand generation agencies are still running the 2021 playbook. The first-mover window is roughly 18 months wide.
Outbound, inbound, and LinkedIn authority all draw from the same buyer model. Your buyer experiences a consistent, credible brand across every channel. Your pipeline compounds instead of plateauing. One partner, one weekly call.
ICP models, signal libraries, channel playbooks, messaging frameworks, AI automation infrastructure. All of it is yours. The system compounds. Campaigns stop the moment the retainer does. The intelligence we build does not.
If outbound is not right for your market, we say so in the first call. If your ICP is too broad to run with precision, we push back before a dollar is spent. This has cost us some projects. It has kept clients for years.
Testimonials
A 30-day system, not a guess. We understand your buyer first, then build, activate, and run every channel under one intelligence layer.
We study your buyer before touching a single tool: intent signals, channel behaviour, buying committee, decision timeline. The channel decision comes after the buyer is understood, never before.
A channel plan built for your ICP and your market, not a template with your logo on it. It names the channels, the rationale, the budget, and the expected outcomes. You approve it first.
Campaigns go live in 14 days. The intelligence is already built, so activation is fast without cutting corners. The first message knows who it is going to and why they respond.
Outbound, inbound, and LinkedIn authority running under one strategy and one intelligence layer. You attend the meetings. We run everything else.
Shared dashboards and weekly insights: meetings booked, pipeline created, conversion at each stage. Not emails opened. The numbers that connect to revenue.
How is this different from a McKinsey or Bain GTM engagement?
Three things. (1) Output is a working motion in your tools, not a 60-slide deck. (2) Buyer interviews are run by us, not subcontracted, so the operator hears the buyer voice directly. (3) We stay on for 90 days post-launch as advisor. The traditional consulting engagement ends at the deck handover; ours ends when the motion is running.
Will you write the deck for our board?
We will give you the slide content (ICP definition, channel rationale, expected outcomes, investment) and you adapt it to your board template. We do not optimise for board appearance over operating reality.
What happens if our ICP turns out to be wrong?
We refine it in week 4 and again in month 3. ICP is hypothesis until validated by live data. The interview phase narrows it; the first 60 days of execution finalises it. ICP that does not update is a fossilised assumption.
How do you handle disagreement between our sales and marketing teams?
We surface it explicitly in week 1 and 2. Sales and marketing each get interviewed separately about their version of the ICP, the buyer journey, and the conversion model. Where they disagree, the buyer interviews break the tie. The team that was right gets recognised; the team that was wrong is shown the data.
Will you implement the motion, or just design it?
Design and the first 90 days of operator support. Implementation work (running campaigns, qualifying replies, attending sales calls) is done by your team or by Growleads on a separate engagement (Outbound Intelligence, Inbound Intelligence, etc.). Consulting is the strategy + system; implementation is its own contract.
How much of our leadership team's time does this need?
Founder/CEO: 4 to 6 hours total (interviews observed, key decision approvals). Head of Sales / CRO: 8 to 12 hours total (interviews participated in, ICP validation, sales-side motion review). Head of Marketing / VP Demand: 8 to 12 hours total. Total leadership time over 12 weeks: 20 to 30 hours.
How do you measure success of a consulting engagement?
Success is binary: is the motion running 12 weeks after engagement end? Are qualified meetings hitting the calendar from the channel mix you defined? If yes, the engagement worked. If no, the strategy was either wrong or wasn't actually implementable. We design for the implementable answer, even if it is less elegant.
Who owns the buyer interviews, ICP, playbook, and HubSpot setup at handover?
You do. Interview recordings, transcripts, ICP documentation, channel playbooks, HubSpot configuration, and the 90-day operator log are all transferred to you. We give a recorded walkthrough so your team or future consultant can pick up the work without re-interviewing buyers.
What does a GTM consulting engagement cost?
We do not publish a number because every engagement is sized to buyer interview depth, channel mix complexity, and agent configuration scope. What we will say upfront: 12-week fixed-scope engagement with optional 90-day advisory extension, priced for outcomes (working motion + documented playbook), not hourly. The first call gives you a number tailored to your scope.
Is this go-to-market consulting or growth consulting?
Both, run by an operator. Our go-to-market consulting rebuilds your ICP, stage gates, and revenue motion; the growth consulting side pressure-tests the channels and economics that scale it. You stay in the seat. We rebuild the system underneath.
