Lagavi is a premium, design-first tableware brand collaborating with global artisans on ceramic collections for retail and B2B. As they scaled into B2B hospitality, they needed a performance-marketing engine that reached procurement leads at hospitality brands without diluting the existing retail brand.
Overview
Lagavi sells design-first ceramic tableware to consumers (retail) and to hospitality buyers (B2B). The B2B buyer is a procurement lead at a hotel chain, a head chef commissioning bespoke pieces, or an interior designer specifying tableware for a restaurant. Their goal: open a B2B paid channel that produced procurement enquiries from hospitality brands without diluting the existing retail brand or budget.

Our approach
Separate campaign tree around B2B hospitality query patterns: ‘restaurant tableware supplier’, ‘hotel crockery wholesale’. Retail terms excluded with negative keywords.
In-market ‘restaurant equipment’ and ‘hospitality industry professionals’ audience signals. Excluded the retail-shopper audience the legacy account was training on.
Ad copy on artisan collaboration, custom-design programs, sample-kit availability, and B2B order minimums. Landing rebuilt to lead with a ‘request a sample kit’ booking.
Spend ramped around hospitality trade calendars and procurement-budget cycles, paused during retail-focused holiday peaks where the B2B buyer isn’t searching.

Results
Lagavi’s B2B hospitality campaign served 100K impressions to procurement-relevant audiences, captured 13.5K clicks at a 13.8% CTR, and produced 660 B2B procurement enquiries. The split-campaign approach kept the existing retail spend protected while opening a separately-trackable B2B pipeline that procurement teams at hotels and restaurants could enter through.

How we work
We have run the work we sell. Cold email at 2am debugging deliverability. Paid budgets across continents. We carry the calluses, not just the slide deck.
If outbound is not right for your market we say so before the contract. If your ACV is under $5K we say so. The honest no has cost us deals and kept us clients for years.
12 qualified meetings, not ‘significant pipeline’. 38,700 leads, not ‘tremendous results’. Every page on this site puts numbers next to claims and named clients next to numbers.
Domains, accounts, lists, playbooks, signal libraries, automations. All in your name from day 1. The system we ship transfers cleanly the day the contract ends.
Reach
Five regions, eight industries, ACV bands from $5K to $500M. The system that ships in one market ports cleanly to the next.
Why Growleads
We build the intelligence layer that decides which activity to run on whom, when, and why. Activity is the easy part; intelligence is the leverage.
Outbound, inbound, GTM, and LinkedIn Authority run on the same buyer model. Your buyer experiences a consistent brand across every channel. Pipeline compounds instead of plateauing.
